-Tuesday nights in University Village at the cul de sac just west of Halsted & Maxwell that’s in front of Curtis Granderson Stadium (No bag drop, come ready to run)

  • Distance: 5k, 4mi, 8k

  • Meet at 6:30 p.m. and run shortly thereafter

  • Pace depends on those who show up but is typically between 7:00 min/mile - 10:00 min/mile. Please bring a friend if you’re concerned about running alone. We do not offer pace groups.

-Thursday nights in Logan Square at 2511 N. Kedzie (Bag drop at Logan Vegan)

  • Distance: 4mi, 10k

  • Meet at 6:30 p.m. and run shortly thereafter

  • Pace depends on those who show up but is typically between 7:00 min/mile - 10:00 min/mile. Please bring a friend if you’re concerned about running alone. We do not offer pace groups.

-Saturdays:
While our runners often meet on Saturdays for group runs—typically along the lakefront at Foster and N Simonds Dr (June through Chicago Marathon Weekend) or at Bang Bang Pie in Logan Square (post-marathon through May)—the location and time can vary. For the most up-to-date details, please check the Saturday Channel on our Discord Server.

If you’re new to the group, we recommend joining one of our Tuesday or Thursday runs first. These weekday runs have consistent locations and start times, making them a great introduction before joining a more flexible Saturday run.

Questions about any of our runs are best fielded by the community in their respective channels on Discord.

Important, please read:

  • 3run2 is not liable for your safety. Please run defensively. Please consider running on the sidewalk. Please be mindful of alleys and driveways. Please consider running without earbuds. Please obey all traffic signals. Please make sure to call out any bikes, or cars heading towards the group by saying “bike up” or “car up”. Please do not antagonize cyclists or drivers.

  • Distances are approximate. Distances change from time to time depending on training. All distances are easily modified.

  • Paces are dependent upon those who show up. Always a good idea to bring a buddy if it's your first time and you're concerned about running alone.

  • We will always update our Instagram stories if we need to cancel a run.
